The Teehan+Lax iPhone home screen concept is about to become a reality thanks to saurik. Initially the concept will materialize as a lockscreen widget via saurik’s new Cydget framework. Dubbed Element, a beta will hopefully be available by next week. This will only be available to those of you who have jailbroken your iPhones.

man i hope its free (but probably it wont be)…too many jailbreak devs are starting to charge for their stuff, and while a lot of it is really good, im kind of hesitant to buy something through cydia (especially since my bank doesnt trust paypal, theyve had problems with them before). i think the jailbreak community should go back to the days when we just gave our stuff away for free because it was useful and people would like it, not to make a quick buck. you want to do that, go try your hand at the app store…
