SnowLock is an iPhone tweak by Gi-lo which lets you set the ‘y’ origin of your LockBar and Lockscreen Clock via WinterBoard. In other words, having ‘Slide To Unlock’ on top is a possibility now! In addition, there is an option to activate a “Tricky Lockscreen” that looks like home screen with regular icons. One of those icons is an actual slider

App is broken in its current form. It does not allow rearranging of bar without a donation via pay-pal. It's supposed “free option” is not currently functioning.
