At the last minute, Facebook have announced just before release of Facebook 3.0 for iPhone, that the latest revision of the killer app will include Video Uploads on the iPhone 3GS. No more news than that right now, but this is the first app that has been announced to use the Video API, so it will be interesting to see how it all goes!
