According to an internal report, AT&T will be offering the no-commitment iPhones at $599 for the 8GB and $699 for the 16GB. There would be a limit of one iPhone per active line in an attempt to limit the number of iPhones purchased this way. Also, AT&T customers who are eligible for a qualified or early upgrade won’t be allowed to purchase a no-commitment iPhone.
